Description
Neuro Linguistic Programming has been used for several years to help individuals understand the effect of their own language, words, experiences and beliefs on who they are today. A lot has happened and has been stored in our subconscious mind and might be affecting us in so many ways that we are not aware of. Through NLP, we bring our attention to our repeated patterns to free ourselves and move forward in life. We start by creating well defined outcomes and work on them using the NLP Mercedes model to connect, thoughts, feelings and behavior. In this program, we will learn the basics of NLP and how to use it to free ourselves from limiting beliefs, by changing them to everlasting empowering ones.
