Leader’s Empowerment Journey is a series of workshops, enabling business leaders to strategically develop and grow their business, through best practices, tested methodologies, proven strategies and practical actionable plans to take back and implement in their business environment. We partner with business owners through different initiatives, to reveal blind spots / opportunities and design the road map to achieve growth in core business functions from sales, to marketing, finance and operations. Periodically we bring together a group of inspiring leaders and entrepreneurs looking to work on their business growth, acquire new business insights, access a wealth of methodologies and experiences.

Business Model Workshop:
This month we will focus on Building and Reshaping Your Business Model. This is the first workshop under the Strategic Direction Destination. Business model is how pieces of the business fit together. During this session we will identify gaps and take decisions in the following areas:
- Customers
- Value Provided
- Customer Relationships
- Resources Utilized
- Margin Generated
