Description

What is stress? What triggers it and why does it happen? These are all questions that we answer in the stress management program using the NLP tool. We will equip ourselves to be able to handle stress and come up with our own strategies to feel happy and content with the current moment. We will work a lot on our presence of mind, body and heart.
